Established in 1985, the Family Resource Centre began offering programs for teen mothers and now offers services to all families expecting children and to caregivers of young children. Over the past year the Centre has provided services for three hundred and forty-one families. With-in these family units there were a total of four hundred and thirty children under the age of six years.

Previously the Family Resource Centre has relied on the support of various government programs and initiatives. However in order to meet the ever expanding demands placed on our organization by the needs of the community. We find ourselves in the position of approaching the business community to assist us in providing these programs.
